For transportation, we often remove drawers from the cabinet body. If you prefer to insert the drawers yourself, follow these steps to ensure smooth and proper soft-close function.
Note: this instruction is specifically for side-mount soft-close drawers.

If everything looks fine, proceed to the steps below.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Push Slide Rails into Position
Make sure the slide rails inside the cabinet are fully retracted.
Insert the Left Slide
Align the drawer's left-side slide with the rail and begin sliding it in.
Insert the Right Slide
Repeat on the right side, ensuring alignment with the rail.
Push the Drawer Evenly
Push the drawer in slowly and evenly on both sides until you hear a snap sound.
Manually Push the Drawer Fully In
Continue pushing the drawer in until it’s fully seated in the cabinet.
The last couple of inches may feel slightly stiff—that’s normal.
Pull the Drawer Out Fully (Important Step)
Pull the drawer all the way out manually, ensuring both slides extend fully.
Check both slides to confirm they are completely extended.
Test the Soft-Close Function
Push the drawer back in and open it normally. The soft-close feature should now work smoothly.
